Taylor is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about empowering children, adolescents, young adults, and adults to connect to their innate self-worth, building resilience and strength to handle life’s challenges. She believes in meeting each individual where they are in their mental health journey, utilizing an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Taylor completed a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University. Her background includes certifications as a Mental Health First Aid and QPR (Question Persuade Refer) facilitator, along with training in trauma-focused therapy and grief counseling. Taylor has experience working in both outpatient mental health and school-based settings.
Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and sharing meaningful moments with friends and family.
