MIKE IN THREE WORDS: THOUGHTFUL, REFLECTIVE, PURPOSE-DRIVEN
Meet Mike

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” — Aristotle

Mike is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with experience providing individual and group therapy to adults across a range of clinical presentations. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University, where he cultivated a deep understanding of the connection between emotional wellness, behavioral health, and personal growth.

Mike specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and substance use disorders, with a particular focus on helping individuals navigate recovery, foster self-discovery, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. His clinical experience includes work in both community and private-practice settings, supporting clients through co-occurring disorders, grief, adjustment-related stress, and self-esteem concerns. Mike has clinical experience working with kids, teens, and adults.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, Mike integrates an approach deeply influenced by the analytical psychology of Carl Jung, particularly the exploration of archetypes, shadow work, and the process of individuation. He blends these Jungian concepts with his own person-centered, self-development framework to help clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful alignment between their inner and outer lives. His philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward a greater sense of authenticity, balance, and purpose.

Outside of his clinical work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring creative outlets, and engaging in ongoing personal and professional development. He is passionate about helping individuals uncover resilience, rediscover meaning, and create purposeful, balanced lives.
