Hopewell Health Solutions provides IOP, med management and counseling services throughout Connecticut. Following are our rates and insurance coverage information for our services.

Insurance Coverage

We accept most insurance carriers. Please check your insurance coverage carefully.

• We accept the following insurances and are in network with:
  Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, United, Meritain, Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Tricare, Magellan, Harvard Pilgrim, Connecticare, and UMR. We are also in network with managed Medicare plans.
• Please call 860-946-0447 to inquire about other insurance plans because we are in network with most insurances, including plans that are out of state.
• Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and will be responsible for services not covered and balances on their account.

Payment

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
