Insurance coverage
We accept most insurance carriers — please check your insurance coverage carefully. We are in network with most insurances, including plans that are out of state.
In network with: Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, United, Meritain, Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Tricare, Magellan, Harvard Pilgrim, ConnectiCare, UMR, and VA Care. Please call 860-735-1448 to inquire about other insurance plans.

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and will be responsible for services not covered and balances on their account.
