Dr. Singh is a mental health practitioner with advanced training in identity-focused counseling. She earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Singh went on to earn her Masters in psychology and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from William James College. She completed her internship with a focus on psychological assessment.
Following graduation, Dr. Singh went on to complete two years of postdoctoral training in identity-focused counseling at Connecticut College Student Counseling Services and continues working at the college as an Identity-Focused Counselor.
At Hopewell Health Solutions, Dr. Singh provides individual psychotherapy via telehealth. Dr. Singh has extensive training and experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and identity-related issues. Dr. Singh practices through an eclectic lens and adapts her approach based on an individual’s needs. She is trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
Dr. Singh lives in Mansfield with her husband and their dog. She enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
