Bio
I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s from Grand Canyon University. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach is rooted in a person-centered and evidence-based framework. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Crisis Intervention, Trauma Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have experience providing individual counseling services to adolescents ages 12–18 and adults, supporting clients as they navigate trauma, grief, and emotional challenges. I have also worked with families experiencing divorce and adjusting to blended family dynamics. I support family members in creating healthy ways to cope, building connections, and improving communication.

I am passionate about helping people become their most authentic and empowered selves. My approach focuses on creating strong, trusting therapeutic relationships in a safe, compassionate setting as real transformation begins with connection. I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to overall well-being. I am committed to walking alongside clients as they develop insight, resilience, and the tools needed to thrive in their daily lives.
I enjoy being outside, watching sunsets and going on nature walks. In my spare time, I also like to travel.
