Erin Kruse, LMSW, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Worcester State University and continued her education by completing her Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Individuals, Groups, and Families from University of Connecticut. Erin works with children, adolescents, and young adults and is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, and periods of personal growth and change.

Erin emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes in meeting individuals where they are while helping them build on their existing strengths to foster resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. Erin has experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, emotional and behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, social-emotional difficulties, family conflict, relationship concerns, and adjustment-related stressors.
Erin utilizes a psychodynamic, person-centered, and strength-based approach to therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns within relationships and everyday life. Erin values the therapeutic relationship and strives to provide an individualized approach that honors each client’s unique experiences, identities, and goals.
