Joanne Malinka, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, with a strong background in program development, clinical leadership, and trauma-informed care. She has played a key role in developing and supporting behavioral health programs while working with individuals experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges.

She is trained in EMDR and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her clinical work. Joanne’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients process trauma, build insight, and create lasting change.

She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and systems-level perspective to her work.
