Victoria “Vicki” Gayle, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and adults navigating complex mental health challenges. She has worked across the full continuum of care, including withdrawal management, inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, methadone clinics, and private practice.
Vicki’s approach combines evidence-based modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), systemic therapy, and trauma-focused interventions—with holistic practices to foster meaningful and sustainable healing. Her work is centered on helping clients reclaim their inner power and enhance their overall quality of life.
A graduate of Rhode Island College with a master’s degree in social work, Vicki also holds certification in auricular acupuncture.
Outside of her clinical work, Vicki enjoys cooking, writing, and spending time with her husband, baby daughter, and their two beloved pitbulls.
