We value digital inclusion

Hopewell Health Solutions is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including individuals who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition, and keyboard-only navigation. We believe access to mental health information and care should be available to everyone.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the standard recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) — as our reference for building and reviewing this site.
We design and build this website with accessibility in mind from the start, rather than relying on an add-on overlay. Our ongoing measures include:
Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and HTML structure so screen readers can navigate content in a logical order.
Menus, links, forms, and interactive elements can be operated with a keyboard, with visible focus styles.
Images carry descriptive alt text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
We use a color palette chosen for sufficient contrast between text and background.
Form fields are clearly labeled, and we aim to make errors and required fields easy to understand.
Layouts adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and remain usable when text is enlarged or zoomed.
We are continually working to improve the accessibility of this website and to maintain conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: as we add new pages and features, we test and refine them. Some content may not yet fully conform, and we welcome feedback that helps us find and fix issues.
Some parts of this website rely on third-party services that we do not control — for example, embedded Google Maps, embedded videos, and links to social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. These services may present accessibility barriers that we are not able to remedy directly. Where third-party content is essential, we aim to provide an accessible alternative, such as the full address and phone number alongside an embedded map.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or if you need any information on this site in a different format, please contact us — we want to hear from you and we’ll do our best to help promptly.
