Kimberly Devine, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Endicott College, and Master's degree with concentration in Case Work from UConn School of Social Work. Kim began her career as a Counselor and Case Manager in a long-term residential treatment program for substance abuse women and their children, transitioning into a leadership position as a Youth Service Professional and Elderly Caretaker.

Kim is passionate about assuring every client maintains dignity, self-worth, and self-respect in a non-judgmental, transparent environment, while establishing balance for a better quality, more manageable lifestyle. Kim works with kids, teens, and adults to initiate cognitive and behavioral changes through individual, couples, and family therapy, inclusive of all communities. Her unwavering compassion enhances the ability to maintain a person-centered collaborative treatment approach, and a deep understanding of various evidence-based and strengths-based treatment modalities.

Kim has diverse experience that includes, but not limited to, relationship issues, PTSD, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, parenting, co-parenting, blended families, family issues, Attachment, substance use/abuse, ACOA, Personality Disorders and trauma. She believes in the power of working gently throughout the therapeutic process to encompass safety, security and empowerment while breaking down life's complexities.

Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family, German Shepherd, and friends. She is always open to partaking in active activities, running, shopping, traveling (prefers tropical locations), watching sports, reading, gardening, and learning new things (personally and professionally).
