Linda earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from St. Vincent's College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University, and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Post University.
Linda has been a registered nurse for 13 years and has spent much of her career caring for children and adolescents in inpatient psychiatric settings. She is the recipient of The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses (2018) and The Nightingale Award (2021), recognizing excellence in compassionate and exemplary nursing care. Her experience includes supporting patients and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote stabilization, growth, and recovery.
Linda is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults and recognizes that emotional and behavioral challenges are often influenced by developmental changes, family dynamics, school experiences, and life stressors. She believes that effective treatment begins with building a trusting relationship and creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to participate in their care. Linda takes a collaborative, compassionate, and holistic approach to treatment, recognizing the important connection between mental, physical, social, and emotional well-being. She strives to partner with patients and families to identify strengths, build resilience, and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful and lasting improvements in overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and her two Sphynx cats, baking, attending live music events, running, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants. She believes that healing is possible for everyone and is dedicated to helping patients and families build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their fullest potential.
