Natalia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and continued her training by completing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Fairfield University. She is deeply committed to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered, providing compassionate, client-centered care that encourages healing and personal growth.
Natalia has experience working with children, adolescents, and parents in outpatient settings, supporting a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. She has worked extensively with youth who have experienced trauma, helping them build coping skills, feel safe, and strengthen resilience. She also works closely with parents to enhance parenting skills, improve communication, and foster healthier family relationships.
She has a strong interest in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and the lingering effects of past trauma. Natalia strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Natalia draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She tailors her approach to meet each client's unique needs. Her work is guided by empathy, active listening, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Outside of her professional work, Natalia enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, and walking in nature.
