He tailors treatment to each individual's unique strengths, needs, and goals by integrating evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care.
Dr. Curtis provides individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as psychological testing and assessment across the lifespan. Evaluations are individualized to each referral question and may include diagnostic clarification, ADHD evaluations, neurocognitive screening, personality assessment, and other evidence-based psychological testing; each concludes with a comprehensive written report, individualized recommendations, and a personalized feedback session to review findings and discuss next steps.
When he isn't working, Dr. Curtis enjoys cycling, strength training, spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
